How to know about best anti aging cream ?

First you need to know about the ingredients used in anti aging cream and their effects. So the best way to know if the ingredients in a product are going to produce the effects you want is to do your homework first. Research ingredients such as Hyaluronic Acid, Acetyl-Hepapeptide-1, Palmoytoyl-Tripeptide-3, Silk peptides, FREEZOX, and others and look for clinical evidence that they work. Once you’re convinced that certain ingredients are going to have the desired effect, look for the bestanti-wrinkle cream you can find which contains it. Keep price in mind, though. If you should happen to find two creams with about the same ingredients, you might as well use the one that’s least expensive since they’ll both work the same way.Hope that will help.

Thanks.

Face

Banana Rama : For a great homemade face softener, try this: mash a banana and apply it to your face. Leave on for ten minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. Your face feels like satin. Plus, it puts those over ripe gooey bananas to good use!

Peaches And Cream: Great looks come with great skin, so get crackin' on that epidermis. Dirt and oil blocks pores causing blackheads and pimples, while dirt, grime and pollutants are drawn to oily skin like moths to a flame. So wash your face as often as possible, and cleanse at least twice a day.

Instant Glow: Simply mix equal amounts of lemon and honey, apply it to your face and wash off after ten minutes.

Water Shine: You can never drink too much water. It flushes out your toxins and is great for the skin, liver and just about every conceivable body organ! It keeps you cool and feeling fresh, reduces dehydration and rejuvenates your body cells. Drink at least ten glasses of water in a day. Bottoms up!

Face Clean: Take 1 tbsp of un-boiled milk, dip a small pad of cotton wool in this and rub on the face gently. Use circular movements, use upward strokes on the neck area. Leave this on for 15 minutes. Wash with cold water.

Face Wash:Take a thick slice of cucumber. Don't peel the slice, rub in a circular motion all over the face and neck areas. Wash after 15 minutes.

Face Fair: Halve a tomato, gently rub over face and neck and wash after 15 minutes.

Face Glow: Mix honey, lemon and vegetable oil .This mixture is a good moisturiser for dry skin. Apply this mask for 10 minutes.

Apply the mixture of tomato juice and honey on the face and neck , wash it after 15 minutes.

  • Apply the mixture of carrot juice and basin. Leave it till it dries and wash the face.

  • Add two teaspoon of tomato juice with 4 teaspoon of curd and apply on the face.

Skin

The structure of the human skin is basically divided into two general layers, the dermis and the epidermis. The latter is divided further into five layers. The layer at the very surface of the skin is called the Stratum corneum, which consists mainly of dead skin cells.

The body sheds these dead skin cells on its own accord, however, one needs to take care and sometimes use certain remedies to get rid of this skin.

Dead skin cells impact the skin's health. As the dead skin cells build up on the surface of the skin, they can act as a barrier to absorption of nutrients from nourishing creams.

Also, they tend to block sweat glands, which can result in whiteheads, blackheads or acne.

Here are a few ways one can get rid of dead skin...

  • An exfoliating scrub is the easiest way of getting rid of dead skin cells on your face. Use one with almonds as an ingredient. The essential oil of almonds will help repair your skin.
  • Lather soap on your face, or acne wash if you have acne too, and scrub with a sponge.
  • Apply a thick layer of lotion on dead skin on the heels. Let it stay for a few minutes, so that the skin is softened.
  • Apply some more lotion, and then, with the razor you use to shave your arms and legs, gently scrape off the skin. Be gentle and careful, and repeat if you need to.
  • The 'before sleep CTM (cleansing-toning-moisturising) routine' will help you through this changing weather too. Splash water on your face, apply cleansing lotion, wipe it off, then with the help of cotton wool, apply toner. After a while, use a cream (or an oil free lotion in case of oily skin) on your face and go to sleep. This will nourish your skin on a daily basis, thereby preventing scope of dead skin in future
